Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Simple Energy Techniques (SET) belong to a rapidly expanding field of practice known as Energy Psychology or Tapping.
The techniques are easy to learn and apply, and often give very quick results. EFT/SET can be used to relieve emotional stress and physical tension, and overcome problems such as phobias and performance blocks.
The technique involves gently tapping certain acupressure points in the body’s energy meridian system. The tapping clears emotional congestion and helps the energy system to return to a balanced flow and a corresponding sense of wellbeing.
